Features  Stability  Ease of use	I could have done a little better on the Rating Points, but the reason I didn't was because I have have big time trouble with Text2Ged ever since I purchased it. Main problem is that it will not open at all most of the time. I have tried opening it on some days all day long and it just will not open. I have e-mailed the Company numerous times with an explanation and I am still waiting for their first response. They were easy to find when I paid for the software, but now there will not answer your e-mails or nothing. That is the reason for the bad review. If they had responded in a timely manner, I would probably have given the high marks. But, service is important! So, another one down the drain!
